Speedgoat Bicycles, Inc. got its start in 1997, when the founder saw a future in "e-tailing" after selling a fork to a buyer in Singapore through an online classified ad. Since then, Speedgoat has evolved from a one-man operation to a high volume, virtual "local bike shop."
