We specialize in infectious diseases, epidemiological transmission models, and health economic analyses. Spegegant covers two broad areas: market access, and epidemic prevention and control. Our market access services focus on preparing product launch. We help our clients understand existing economic modeling approaches, whether published by competitors or recommended by authorities. We implement models and conduct analyses to raise awareness of diseases, inform competitive positioning, assess the strategic fit of products, and address questions from public health agencies and NITAGs. We develop models from scratch, or quality-check and optimize existing ones. Our epidemic prevention and control services help decision-makers pick the best strategies to meet public health or operational objectives. Modeling and simulation allow us to evaluate large numbers of health interventions that cannot feasibly be tested in the field, and to properly assess risk and manage uncertainties.
