Speight Drilling is a specialist drilling contractor based in Central Otago, New Zealand with the experience and equipment to support your projects. Our team have extensive experience in the following: - Geotechnical, exploration, geothermal, waterbore and environmental drilling; - Bored, CFA, micro and DTH hammer piling techniques; - Ground anchors; - Downhole geophysical surveys; - CPTs and sCPTs; and - Excavation dewatering. Speight Drilling was founded by Kevin Speight who is a second generation driller with over 25 years experience working in the drilling, civil and earthmoving industries. He began his industry time as a youngster with his Dad and other well respected pioneers of the drilling sector. Kevin has worked extensively in New Zealand, Australia and North America and is a qualified Trade Certified Driller who also holds IADC Well Gas qualifications. Kevin is actively involved in the management and supervision of all projects and drill-rig design to ensure exceptional service and results.
