Kinderen leren spelenderwijs. Ouders spelen een onmisbare rol bij de ontwikkeling van hun kind(eren). Soms kunnen zij daar wat hulp bij gebruiken. Bij de Stapprogramma's (Opstapje en Opstap) en VVE Thuis doen ouders en kinderen samen thuis activiteiten die de ontwikkeling van het kind stimuleren.
