This is evidenced in our regular coaching meetings, our discussions with clients, and the other members of our team. This means we over-communicate with clients (always in writing), take detailed notes so we can enjoy vacations, be honest with each other, and ensure that our clients are not regularly asking for updates.
This also relates to how we advise clients: Often times, we have to tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.
🔬 Consider the Small Things. We’re worried about the big things, but our clients pay close attention to the small things.
Our clients expect us to do what we say we’re going to do, including calling them on time, billing them when we say we will, and ensuring that we follow the expectations we’ve set for them.
🤓 Geek Out. Be tech proficient so that we can manage the chaos and make our lives easier.
