SPEX (Saudi Postal Services Company, a closed joint stock company based in Riyadh, with a capital of SAR 128,000,000), SPEX was established as a result of the acquisition of Management and Marketing Company Limited, owner of express mail agencies, Dar Al Khatt Logistics and Contracting Company, owner of international mail agencies, Hindba Company Limited, specialized in the field of call centres and owner of Al Raya and Al Thaqba agencies, and Al Rawad Company, specialized in transportation and logistics services.
The company provides high-quality, specialised services to financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, financial companies, government agencies, legal audit offices) with the objective of meeting customer needs and achieving high levels of satisfaction. The company established the first private sector postal processing centre, with the objective of providing support to the work of postal chambers and corporate operations. Furthermore, a distribution network was established, comprising ten geographical areas corresponding to the clearing rooms of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency. This enables the company to deliver clearing checks on the next day. We have developed a convenient tracking system for our customers, which allows them to monitor the progress of their mailings from the moment an order is created until the final delivery. Our system utilises security containers with printed barcodes to ensure the highest level of security and transparency.
