Speyside Specialities is a fourth-generation, family-owned Scottish food manufacturer based in Buckie, on the Moray Coast in North East Scotland. We produce award-winning traditional Scottish Black Pudding, White Pudding, Haggis, Skirlie, Mealie and more, using quality local ingredients including Aberdeenshire oats and time-honoured family recipes.
Our business dates back to 1898 when Robert Lawson began selling puddings by hand barrow along the Fife coast. Today, under the leadership of David Lawson, we continue to proudly supply major supermarkets, independent butchers, and wholesale foodservice partners across Scotland and the wider UK.
With BRC AA accreditation and a dedicated manufacturing site in Buckie, we blend heritage with modern standards to consistently deliver authentic Scottish comfort foods made with care and craft.
