We at Cluny Fish first prepared Scottish Smoked Salmon over 50 years ago, in our traditional red brick smokehouse in the busy fishing town of Buckie. Today we carry on the same traditional process, supplying customers all over the world.
From specially selected Scottish Salmon, the fillets are cured and prepared for smoking. The salmon fillets are then placed into our kilns, smoked over oak and beech fires for many hours until declared ready by our Head smoker.
The final result is traditional Scottish Smoked Salmon, complimented with the aroma and taste produced by the oak fires, truly capturing the taste of Scotland
