L&D for leaders and managers – Our interpersonal work focuses on helping leaders and managers connect with their employees and teams, creating relationships that foster belonging and inclusion. We offer individual coaching, group workshops and learning communities. Workshop and activities for employees – We help employees foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, compassion and connection to colleagues and teams. Our mental health and wellness services include personal assessments and tools, active-learning workshops, facilitated discussions and Ask Me Anything events.
