SPH’s initial operational model revolves around 4 main activities, which include:- * Supplying of prefabricated container houses. * Installation of the container houses * Custom design of the container house * Periodic maintenance services. With a connection pool of over 25 international prefab manufacturers, SPH is able to easily handle massive housing projects at once without jeopardizing the premium touch that SPH has. But to give our clients a better pricing package, SPH handles our valued client’s assembling and installation process of their prefab houses, by working closely with our valued partners, we will work hand in hand to ensure the installation is conducted on the highest quality. Additionally, to ensure our clients embrace the sense of uniqueness in their properties they let us handle, SPH will delegate the design department to sit down with the clients and make custom designs on his housing project based on his preferences which will give it a premium look that he/she chose for himself/herself. Additionally, suggestions from our design department will provided if need be. And lastly SPH offers maintenance services to our valued clients. Once a client pays for our products and services, we will make it our mission to handle the maintenance of the Prefab house for 6 months, and the clients has the option to extend their maintenance subscription for a quoted fee. Maintenance includes, handling electrical sockets and embedded wires, toilet systems, corner fittings and rust removal.
