SPIC MACAY, established in the year 1977 at IIT Delhi by Dr. Kiran Seth is an umbrella organisation with chapters in numerous towns all over the world. We at SPIC MACAY promote the mystical aspects of the otherwise incomplete Indian Cultural heritage by expanding the reach of Indian Classical Music, Classical Dance, folk music, yoga, crafts and other intricacies among the youth. The work done by SPIC MACAY in the field of arts and culture has received numerous recognitions, including a Padma Shri to the founder Prof Kiran Seth and encouraging participation of dignitaries including honorable vice president Shri Venkaiah Naidu and also by our hon’ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. By 2030, SPIC MACAY aims to reach to every child in the country and to have them experience the inspiration and mysticism embodied in the Indian and World heritage.
