Originally from Switzerland, the Spiess brand and company was established 1906 and remains in family ownership in the 4th generation every since. Spiess Australia was established 1996 as a subsidiary company of Spiess Switzerland to service South-East Asia and the Middle East as well as the domestic market.
Today, Spiess Australia is the leading producer of dry cured meat products including Salami’s, operating out of a 4000 square meter, state of the art and purpose built drying plant in Western Sydney.
