SPIIV is a non-profit organization that is changing the approach to the work of public and government sectors in Ukraine. At the core of our work is human-centered design — an approach to service delivery that allows to create inclusive, innovative, and sustainable solutions focuses on creating enduring solutions that fit peoples’ lives. We believe that the quickest and most effective way to implement societal changes is through Ukrainian public-serving institutions. By putting humans first, we help our partners deliver significant change and lasting impact in the institutions they lead. We are a team of researchers, designers, and strategists working together to foster change at scale. We wake up every day with the goal of positively impacting millions of people through institutions that are more compassionate, more effective, and accessible.
