About Spine Labs

We generate and analyse information to improve the care of spinal disorders. The production of knowledge in the Asia-Pacific region has increased steadily in the last years and we aim to contribute to this expansion from our hub in Sydney. We have five core research streams; Aging, Biomechanics, Clinical Research, Disc Biology, and Experimental Imaging Techniques. We are a multidisciplinary group comprising medical doctors, biologists, and academic engineers. Our research focuses on better understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of back pain.
