Spinnaker Electronic Assembly Ltd are specialists in Surface Mount, PTH and Mixed Technology PCB Assemblies and we are celebrating our fifteenth year of providing PCB assemblies, including Box build assembly, PCB design and engineering services.
We currently provide all levels of technology to a variety of business genres including, Defence & Security, Naval & Commercial Maritime, Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (UAV), Water Systems, Motor sports, Broadcast, Retail, Farming Technologies, Touch Screen, Semi Conductor, Design, and Scientific Industries.
All current component technologies such as passive package sizes from 0402 upwards, QFNS, BGA & Micro BGA technologies including Hybrids, Modems & GPS modules are placed by ourselves on a regular basis.
Sourcing of components and PCB can be provided by Spinnaker using our approved and extensive network of suppliers or alternatively ‘free issued’ to us by yourselves in part or full. Our suppliers support includes CEM pricing which we include into our quotations.
Our approved bare board PCB manufacturers can supply FR4, Paper Phenolic, Polyimide, PTFE, Rogers Duroid and Metal Clad material types.
Lead-times for bare board PCB manufacture start from 24 hour UK and upwards, to 10 and 15 days for offshore PCB manufacturing.
Spinnaker can offer our assembly services to one off prototypes, small batch runs, through to medium volume requirements, typically based on 10 day lead-times from receipt of completed kits, faster turnarounds can be taken into consideration.
We offer our assembly services out at highly competitive rates whilst still being able to provide complete flexibility for our customers.
