Spinnaker Red started life as a specialist IT consultancy and resourcing business. During this time we worked with specialists and key partners within the Insurance, Banking and Finance, Retail, Oil and Gas, Technology and Media sectors.When our consultancy arm joined forces with one of our Partners, Spinnaker continued to build its resourcing division across an established client base. As a niche agency, we are network driven. We use our insider knowledge to provide a flexible and bespoke approach to recruitment. We believe openness and transparency are the best way to do business and we operate simply: offering objective advice, taking the time to understand each business’ unique requirements, and building long lasting relationships. We have an established pool of candidates, many of whom are known to us or come recommended by our network of contacts. In rare cases where we cannot provide through our network, we take the time to thoroughly get to know and vet our candidates.
