I am a Cambridge based operations specialist with 29 years of experience in Engineering and Manufacturing. I work with spin-offs and established companies that are starting out or expanding into new areas. I take on the operational jobs that don't require a full time position, this is to stop valuable resources from performing non value adding tasks. For example; a specialist chemist looking after facilities management, a mechanical engineer sourcing the most suitable suppliers for the BOM or a Sales expert managing team development and appraisals. You want your most valuable asset, your staff, doing the jobs they are best at. I have been through the entire startup journey, both within a large organisation and as a spin-off, and can offer advice and experience in the strategic planning of the business.
