Spintec Precision d.o.o. Niš (Serbia) is a Hong Kong registered company which specializes in manufacturing of precision metal gears and turning parts, such as small modules of gears, worm gears, electric motor shafts, spindles, lead screw and related metal parts widely used in automotive industry, medical devices, ergonomic products, industrials appliances, high-end home appliances and professional power tools. In Serbian factory there are following machines: • 2 AF90, 1 AF100R gear hobbing machines from Switzerland. • 4 worm milling machines • 33 new Tsugami BM165 + 4 Star CNC Swiss type lathes • 10 Tornos autolathes • 4 conventional CNC lathes, + 1 Turret type, 2 CNC Gear hobbing and 2 Centerless grinding machines, 1 Flat grinding machine, 1 Rolling machine, 2 Vibration grinding machines • Automatic ultrasonic + hydrocarbon cleaning machine. New cleaning machine with option to use modified alcohol • 1 Gear tester, 1 Rolling tester, 1 Roughness tester,1 Roundness tester Implemented processes are: • CNC Turning • Worm Milling • Gear Hobbing • Fine Round Grinding • Flat Grinding • Vibro Grinding Currently there are 80 employees.
