We provide funding and project support to individuals who lack access to traditional financing or prefer a simpler, quicker option. Our goal is to create mutually beneficial opportunities and long-term partnerships. While we generally specialize in real estate and vacant land opportunities with an 18-month or shorter timeline to completion and sale, we are open to any interesting projects and always ready to learn and adapt. Our experience navigating county regulations, zoning requirements, wetlands, and working with civil engineers allows us to go beyond the traditional role of a funder.
