This includes care as well as prevention, support, advice and support in coping with the daily routine and household. The Spitex Association of the Canton of Zurich is the umbrella organization for (non-profit) Spitex organizations in the Canton of Zurich. The association represents the interests of the Spitex organizations and supports them in health and social affairs as well as in the political environment. The association supports the development and expansion of demand-oriented, user-friendly and efficient Spitex services in the Canton of Zurich. Spitex in the Canton of Zurich involves over 34,000 clients and over 5,000 employees who provide over 1.8 million hours of nursing care and over 750,000 hours of housekeeping and care services per year.
