Spektrum Studio ApS

Spektrum is a multidisciplinary artistic label working in the cross section of art, design and communication. It has evolved from the artistic relationship between the two brothers, Malthe and Gustav Risager and functions as a nest for expressive minds and a generator of new ideas, methods and crafts. Spektrum houses a 310 m2 studio where it facilitates, produces and publishes independent work of a variety of artists assigned to the house. Additionally Spektrum functions as a platform collaborating with clients on development and execution of applied art, communication ideas and strategies. Spektrum has a manifold nature and works in changing constellations and contexts by unfolding ideas and concepts across different medias and formats, from development to production and exhibition. Through a naive, emotional and socially aware approach we seek to explore complexity in the banal contra coherence in complex structures by isolating and deconstructing common perceptions.
