About KIng County PCO's Committee to Defend the 4th Amendment (Formerly L4)
We are an Ad Hoc Committee of Democratic PCOs that are very concerned about the future of the Republic represented by: 1) The surveillance and mining of citizen’s email, phone, text messages and meta-data by The National Security Agency. 2) The surveillance and mining of citizen’s email, phone, text messages and meta-data by private commercial agencies without opt-in notifications. We meet to craft policy positions and support candidates that support the 4th Amendment to the Bill of Rights. The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” Tom Freeman PCO M-I 41-0794
