Splendit werd opgestart in 2006 al zijnde ‘ICT-People’. Een consultancy bedrijf met de specialisatie in IT. Naarmate het bedrijf alsook de IT-wereld groeide, werd het tijd voor een nieuwe naam. Hieruit werd het huidige ‘Splendit’ geboren.
In de beginjaren hadden we een 40-tal consultants actief, inmiddels mogen we met trots meedelen dat dit er meer dan 110 zijn geworden – sprekende over zowel gemotiveerde, gekwalificeerde medewerkers alsook freelancers.
We hebben tevens ook een kwalitatieve en nauwe samenwerking met zowat alle grote IT-consultancy bedrijven in België. Dit zorgt ervoor dat we 80% van alle openstaande aanvragen op de Belgische markt doorkrijgen.
Dankzij deze samenwerking kunnen we onze consultants heel wat gevarieerde, uitdagende en uiteenlopende projecten aanbieden. Dit maakt ook dat heel wat consultants de weg (terug-)vinden naar ons bedrijf. Niet alleen kunnen we heel wat variatie bieden, we zetten onze consultants ook steeds centraal.
