Splice Consulting

Splice Consulting aims to bring together key role-players in the public and private sector to develop creative solutions to some of the major challenges in infrastructure delivery. We strengthen the ability of municipalities and service providers to deliver large infrastructure projects by securing alternative sources of funding through the private sector. We aim to revive the engineering industry by working with organisations to improve their employee experience in order to retain a diverse group of young people in the public and private sector. We analyse and adapt the systems and structures within engineering organisations to increase flexibility in order to better face future economic pressures and technological disruptions.
