Split Minds: Toward a New Understanding

Split Minds is a deeply personal service where I, Michelle Oliver, share mine (and others journeys) as I navigate the complex challenges of supporting someone I care about through their mental health struggles. This is a service designed to share the resources I discover, the lessons I learn, and the realities of navigating the mental health system. Here you'll find open conversations about the emotional toll, the pain of helplessly watching the people we love suffer, and the ways I’m finding to cope and stay strong. My hope is that sharing these experiences and resources can offer guidance, comfort, and connection to others who are walking a similar path.
