The Spolumajitelé investment group has been operating on the Czech market since 2021. Our team consists of experienced professionals in the fields of finance, law, and real estate. We focus on medium and large real estate transactions and asset appreciation with an emphasis on high ethical standards, transparency, and long-term benefits for all parties involved. Energy is also an important segment of our investment portfolio. We currently own and manage assets worth over CZK 3.3 billion. The group has unique know-how in untangling problematic property relations. Wherever there are complex legal situations, long-standing disputes or complicated ownership structures, Spolumajitelé comes up with a solution. Our investment strategy is based on the principles of cooperation, respect and mutual benefit. Since Spolumajitelé was founded, we have believed that those who are successful and fortunate in life have a duty to help others. That is why we donate 10% of our profits to charity, operate the Bona Fide endowment fund, implement the Živé fary project, and support other meaningful charitable projects. We believe that one person's win does not have to mean another's loss.
