THE LAB PHILOSOPHY
Sport Speed Lab is an endurance sports coaching company and triathlon club focusing on the beginner and intermediate athletes. All programs are designed to help an individual discover the pleasures and benefits that endurance sports can offer. Our goal is to show that triathlon and other endurance sports are possible for any age or ability. The Sport Speed Lab lifestyle is about health, fun, and friends.
The North Dallas triathlon training company was established in 2004. The ultimate mission was to create a welcoming environment for new people to try endurance sports. Since the beginning, we have offered individual coaching, group training programs, endurance sports training camps, performance testing, and one of the longest running triathlon teams in the Carrollton, Addison, Plano, The Colony, Frisco, and Little Elm, TX area. In addition to our local DFW athletes, individual client locations have ranged from Germany, to China, to New York, to Colorado and beyond.
