Based in South London, we focus on team sports to give structure and promote social interaction to people with complex care needs on their recovery journey. The uniqueness of the Sporting Recovery programme is the combination of team and individual sporting activities and nutritional / lifestyle advice (SMART Recovery) along with the opportunity for clients to gain nationally recognised sports qualifications. Sporting Recovery delivers a evidence-based social prescribing pathway for adults on their recovery pathway back into their communities.
