𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗴𝗮𝗽 Infectious diseases disproportionally affect lower- and middle income countries, where limited access to accurate diagnostics prevents adequate treatment and contributes to growing antimicrobial resistance. Current technologies are either not accurate or not well suited to resource-limited settings. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗗𝘅 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Our bioluminescent molecular diagnostics platform enables rapid on-site detection of pathogens with a simple and affordable camera-based reader device and minimal hands-on time. SPOTLIGHT Dx was founded with the mission to make this diagnostic technology accessible in low-resource settings.
