Spotlight Streaming

Spotlight Streaming is a pay per view live stream platform. We envision Spotlight as a tool that artists, influencers, performers, and others in the creative community can use to amplify their arsenal of social media monetization pathways. Spotlight is a supplement to an existing plethora of media that allows content creators a way to leverage an existing fanbase. This is not to say Spotlight is an exclusive community. From small time niche artisans to blockbusting superstars, Spotlight rewards the mutual relationship between creators and followers. Paid live events produced and marketed by creators themselves makes for a unique combination of quality and intimacy that’s difficult to replicate in other online interactions. On a micro level streamers set a ticket price for a future livestream show. This event is then marketed to a streamer’s followers by their preferred social media and/or within the Spotlight Streaming platform. Potential viewers can purchase tickets to this event within the Spotlight app or website, as well as through an external link that can be embedded into their social media postings. Purchasing a ticket to an event can be done in a few easy steps all without leaving any other social media platform. Viewers tune in to watch their favorite creators and communicate with them in real time though a built in chat feature. High quality and worthwhile interactions are incentivized with paid content, but rarely is such content created in the model of modest and spontaneous production. This is where Spotlight Streaming enters the scene; to fill the void where hang out style meet ups can be done at a level of quality expected from paid performances.
