We are a team of Strength and conditioning coaches and Physical therapists who stand by SPR- Science for performance and rehab. Our goal is to show our clients the best way to train and make them fall in love with the process and also help them in their injury rehabilitation journey. Our team was created with the aim of pointing out the importance of a scientific approach in training and rehabilitation, as well as to draw attention to the dangers that untested training methods bring with them.
