Ani Petrova is a certified Qigong Instructor by White Tiger Qigong Academy teaching the following set of forms - 5 Element Qigong, 8 Trigram Organ Qigong, 5 Animal Qigong & Meridian Qigong. Ani has gymnastics and dance background, sensitive to grace and movement. She has always been connected to Nature and curious about animals, colors, rhythms and life changes. After her studies in Economic Informatics and Masters in Design Management, she expressed her creativity in the domain of visual design for more than 15 years. Her work required countless hours sitting at her desk. She has been suffering from chronic pains all over her body due to overworking, stress, bad posture and lack of energy. Her professional and private life with 3 children brought her to an overall imbalance and serious health issues. It was essential for Ani to find a way to change and improve her health. Started with Mindfulness and trained soon after in Reiki, Medical Qigong, Intuitive Medecine and other healing modalities, Ani is today an inspiring practitioner and teacher. She is enormously thankful to her teachers and grateful for the continuous learning that life offers to all of us. Ani believes that finding the right balance is our only responsibility in life, and the key to overall well-being, transformation and manifestation. Ani created Spread Qigong with the aim to offer diverse activities based on energy work. You can find regular weekly classes, in-person and in group, workshops, retreats.
