Spread the Joy

We are a nonprofit student-led social media organization founded to create tangible change in the community. Inspired by the shared passion for spreading positivity combined with the cause of mental health, the goal of Spread the Joy is to help people realize that we are all in this together and that nobody is alone! Established in 2020, during the midst of the pandemic, the Instagram page was created to try to reduce the implications of COVID-19 for mental health, especially during the isolated periods of lockdown.
