Founded in 2012, Sprig & Sprout serves Authentic Vietnamese cuisine delivered in modern American style. Our goal is to introduce Vietnamese food to the American palate and bring the outstanding flavors of Vietnam into the mainstream. We aim to introduce and emphasize the flavors of Vietnam into the "Quick and Casual" restaurant arena. We are creating a new access to Vietnamese food, filling a missing niche in the quick and casual restaurant experience, and providing an alternative to the already mainstreamed ethnic foods. Our dishes stay uncomplicated, so that taste comes from the natural flavors of fresh ingredients. We want to showcase the freshness and simplicity in Vietnamese cooking; This straightforward style allows us to concentrate on consistency of quality and flavor. We are staunch in maintaining the ethnicity of our dishes that often gets lost in Pan-Asian Americanized cooking.
