Spring Into Action, LLC.

Spring Into Action builds and operates social businesses in the Greater New York area to employ the formerly incarcerated, recovering addicts, and/or homeless people. Spring’s primary purpose is to create jobs for people facing barriers to employment, and facilitate reintegration into the private sector. Working closely with The Osborne Association, one of the oldest and most respected nonprofits working to help the formerly incarcerated transform their lives, Spring aims to provide living wage jobs with benefits to people who have had trouble with the law but are looking to turn around their lives. Statistics show that employment is by far the most important factor in preventing recidivism.
