Spring & Tonic PR was set up by us, Emily Blewett and Jess Armstrong, in 2015 in order to offer food and drink brands a senior and collaborative PR service. We specialise in the start-up and scale-up food and drink space, creating bespoke PR plans for brands that deliver against each clients’ individual objectives and needs. With an unrivalled black book of journalist contacts built over 20 years, we focus on earned media, delivering meaningful coverage across target consumer and trade titles.
