Spring Bakery & Cafe is a local boutique bakery started in November 2017 and is run by two repats. Our chefs have previously worked in a French international hotel and have a combined experience of more than 25 years. Now they have joined us to bake hotel quality pastries that made affordable for everyday Mandalay people and beyond.
