Springboard4 Vietnam operates in some areas to provide skills for the human resources of Vietnam. Thereby, give them opportunities to develop themselve and get a good job in the 21st century. At the moment, we are promoting the international computer skills program - ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence). We are the official licensee of ICDL in Vietnam. ICDL is a computer skills program that is recognized internationally. It includes core IT modules, provide necessary knowledge and skills about computer and Information Communication Technology (ICT). ICDL is presenting over the world: 148 countries, 41 languages and 12 million candidates.
