I'm Bill Graves, founder and President of SpringBoard (Career Helpers). I have been involved in the search and placement of experienced and entry-level candidates in a variety of industries for over 25 years. When helping my son and daughter in their searches after they received their degrees it dawned on me that with the exception of Career Centers in Colleges and a few job sites like Indeed as well as some elements of LinkedIn there wasn't a business dedicated to helping recent college graduates in their job and career searches. I decided to embark on creating the ultimate place for upcoming/recent graduates to get both free resources and paid bundled services to give upcoming and new graduates a jump-start in their search for both their careers and entry-level jobs. We decided on SpringBoard as the company name because it seems to embody the transition from education to a lifelong career.
