Springheart

Hi there! My name is Joni Fleischer and I started springheart to create more opportunities for people to try yoga in ways that are relatable, accessible and applicable to our everyday lives. springheart is based on the 3 biggest benefits I receive from yoga: RESILIENCE - bouncing back more easily from challenging events and stressors GROWTH - learning and evolving emotionally and intellectually CONNECTION - increasing self awareness, which is improving my relationships and self confidence My mission is to help people achieve benefits like these (and more) by sharing the tools that yoga continues to teach me. I have a certification in trauma-informed yoga, grew up in California, and feel lucky to call Sydney home! Looking forward to sharing my passion for yoga with you.
