SPRINGS project

The Horizon EU-funded SPRINGS project aims to predict the future burden of diarrheal diseases and develop solutions to mitigate the impact of climate threats. It unites a transdisciplinary team of 15 partners from Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. This team includes scientists specialising in climate, environment, health, and social sciences, who collaborate with communities, the private sector, public authorities, and policymakers. It is coordinated by Amsterdam UMC and Amsterdam Institute for Global Health and Development (AIGHD).
