The 4 design approaches we offer are as follows:
1.) Unintentional Design - No time or money is invested into research. We only consider your technology and business goals. We don't guarantee any outcomes. After an initial, non-refundable fee, we charge by the hour until you say 'stop'. We are basically "hands on a keyboard."
2.) Genius Design - We'll use whatever research you provide. You are required to provide all research we are to use up front before project commences. After the initial non-refundable fee is received to get started, we set time aside for a discovery sessions which is a variable based on the amount of research provided. It's an hour's work for an hour's pay until you say 'stop'.
3.) Activity Design - We take whatever research you provide and augment it with additional research activities to ensure risk to user adoption is being mitigated. After an initial consultation fee, we provide a project based price.
