Sprink Construction’s name originates from our founding family’s background as a national fire sprinkler contractor that ultimately grew to become the largest privately held fire protection contractor in the United States, eventually selling to a publicly traded company. Sprink was formed as an embedded general contractor to our sister commercial real estate investment and development company, which owns and manages 45 properties across five states. The Sprink team has acted as a general contractor, construction manager, and developer for hundreds of individual projects, including large scale industrial parks, manufacturing facilities, tenant improvements, and property capital projects. Sprink now acts as a standalone business servicing our sister commercial real estate company and third-party clients alike. Given our roots, we have a unique, owner-driven perspective with a deep understanding of how to meet the needs of our clients and position properties for long-term success. Through our vertical integration, including in-house design and self-perform capabilities, we deliver faster and more cost effective than our competitors. While preserving the entrepreneurial spirit of a nimble organization, we execute with institutional care, catering to projects and clients of all sizes.
