***Manufacturing Operations***
The NORSOK M-650 Ed.4 approved forge (DJD), situated within a 15,000 sq.ft facility, is equipped with 2,000 & 1,000 tonne drop hammers and several clear space, clipping, trimming, and setting presses. The site features three furnaces and a comprehensive machine shop. With over 300 bespoke closed-dies, our forging production ensures near-net shapes and optimal grain flow, enhancing material properties.
Our machining, testing, and inspection centre spans a 28,000 sq.ft facility. The site houses 15 modern CNC machines, supported by both traditional metrology and coordinate measuring inspection equipment. Our NDE inspection capabilities include dye penetrant, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, PMI, hardness, and feritscope testing.
