Sprout Therapy is a mobile Occupational Therapy practice that provides services to children ages 0 to 18 in the natural environment. We cultivate skills for life by promoting connection, growth, and function for every child at any stage on their journey to adulthood. Located in central Minnesota, Sprout Therapy currently services children and families located in Otter Tail and Becker counties.
Services include:
-Completing evaluations and assessments for children 0-18 who demonstrate delays or barriers to participation in daily activities.
-Creating and implementing treatment plans to achieve individualized goals.
-Facilitating skill development including but not limited to fine motor, self-care, feeding, play, visual-motor, self-regulation, sensory processing, and executive functioning skills.
-Consulting with caregivers, teachers, and other support systems.
-Providing in-service trainings to staff working with children.
-Providing recommendations for adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
