They have the highest content of a very important antioxidant, sulforaphane, among all natural foods. 4 oz of our sprouts has the equivalent amount of antioxidants as 24lbs of fully grown broccoli. As a result, you are able to receive the maximum benefits when it comes to preventing aging, cancer, air pollutants, weight loss, etc. with only 100g a day of broccoli sprouts, or one Bare Sprouts serving.
