SQLaw is a general civil and corporate practice founded by Barrister Shayyan Qaiser. Based in the Federal Capital of Pakistan, SQLaw is a full service legal practice which serves the needs of clientele ranging from private individuals to multinational corporations. Shayyan read law at the University of London and was admitted as a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. She is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and also holds a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School. She was an Associate at a reputable law firm based in Islamabad and served as Law Clerk and then Research Officer (BS-19) to a former Chief Justice of Pakistan and a Judge of the Supreme Court. The combination of education from world-class institutions coupled with rich experiences from the bar and the bench makes SQLaw uniquely placed to help clients resolve their most complex legal challenges.
