Facility Design – First we will do a preliminary Gemba walk of your business flow to get an understanding of how much work it entails. After the assessment we will provide a quote of what our work entails and price at a specified “cents” per square foot. Our facility layouts are modular to allow for your team to manipulate the workspace and be creative as you grow your working footprint. This package includes a “Current State Site Layout”, “Current State Facility Layout” and “Current State Process Layout”. You may opt out of the “Site” drawing if you don’t see value in it.
