Square Circle closed in 2022 but our purpose and values live here as a reminder of the important work we were doing. We create belonging at work. Through training and a culture change programme, we’re here to help you learn from Generation Z about how to ensure people of all identities know they are included when they work for you. We connect you with our consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate about bias and identity and who want to share their ideas with you. Check our site for our values, and its important to us that you know how we work. 1. Label-free. We think it takes a lot to make up each person so fitting into boxes doesn’t work. 2. Intersectional. We want to keep understanding the way the different aspects of our identity work together to create our experience of work. 3. Doing the work. We recognise that everyone is at different points along the journey of understanding and addressing their biases. Everyone we work with has made a start. 4. Recognising. We have learnt from leading thinkers on anti-bias and inclusion. We always credit our sources, and actively seek to encourage everyone we work with to financially support these sources.
