MIXOLOGIST Our customers love the SquareOne Mini Keg, which can batch 20 or more cocktails simultaneously and have those on draft easily ready to pour on demand. So, it's simple as taking your ingredients for a single cocktail, do the simple math on the ratios to fill 128 oz square one and mix it up, shake it up. Apply the tap and gas, and you have 20 to 25 cocktails on demand without mixing them individually. HOW DOES IT KEEP DRINKS FRESH Great question! To put it simply, for your average cocktail like a vodka tonic or a craft beer that you filled at your local brewery, you're going to use the CO2 cartridge with a regulator. Super simple to operate, and we do have a Nitro keg, so you're going to use nitrogen for the Nitro keg, and then coming soon is argon which would be able to utilize for still wines of any type, white or red.
